Friday, 17.05.2024
19.00 - 21.00: Welcome ritual with yoga, essential oils and a surprise
Saturday, 18.05.2024
7.00 - 9.30: Meditation and yoga at the lake (or in the studio) followed by breakfast
10.00 - 13.00: Forest bathing and food from the backpack
17.00 - 19.00: Ritual with yoga and breathing exercises, followed by a wild women's aperitif
Sunday, 19.05.2024
8.30 a.m. - approx. 10.30 a.m.: Yoga in Magic Land followed by brunch and conclusion
